Our largest goal is to find the next up-and-coming neighborhood in a particular market that is primed for massive appreciation. When selected correctly, certain neighborhoods not only outperform the larger metro, they outperform the broader real estate market. Our areas of interest, or “AOI’s” as we call them in-house are characterized as supply constrained; meaning the new apartments being built are not keeping pace with demand and with an aged stock of buildings that has not turned over.

This enables us to quickly identify opportunities once we’ve identified an AOI and to collect local market and property-centric intelligence regarding the opportunities that fit our deal parameters.

Our Commitment
We make a commitment to help the communities that we revitalize through investment in local nonprofits and community organizations. We do this by pledging 1% of all pre-taxed profits to be allocated to these organizations. Additionally, to fund research projects and studies around innovations in affordable housing and the community revitalization space.
