When selected correctly, certain neighborhoods not only outperform the larger metro, they outperform the broader real estate market. Our areas of interest, or “AOI’s” as we call them in-house are characterized as supply constrained; meaning the new apartments being built are not keeping pace with demand and with an aged stock of buildings that has not turned over.

We make a commitment to help the communities that we revitalize through investment in local nonprofits and community organizations. We do this by pledging 1% of all pre-taxed profits to be allocated to these organizations.
