Matt Ryan
Principal
With over 10 years of experience in real estate and construction, Matt Ryan founded re-viv to re-engineer residential and commercial real estate in underserved communities. The company’s mission follows his passions for urban policy, building technology, and social impact ventures.
Prior to founding re-viv, Matt bootstrapped his first successful company, Elm Energy Group. Elm focused on energy efficiency and contracting services in residential, commercial, and historical buildings.
Matt is an expert at handling all facets of commercial transactions, including duties as a broker, property manager, and general contractor. He has demonstrated a strong track record in commercial real estate, boasting a personal portfolio that has achieved a 25+% IRR since inception.
Dane Andrews
Director of Acquisitions
Prior to joining Re-viv, Dane was a partner at MAD City Development as well as the Co-founder and COO of Madelon Group, a real estate development technology company, that productized the development process for prefab multifamily and adaptive reuse coliving projects.
With multiple properties across NYC, Los Angeles, and Denver, they helped standardize the development process to bring a consistently reliable end product, brand, and tenant experience across the properties, opening 100 coliving beds in 2 years, with more coming online in 2024.
Jessica Berkeley
Project Manager
With over 15 years of experience in Financial Services Operations, Jessica has a track record of analyzing and improving organizational processes to assure productivity and efficiency.
With a family background and personal experience in renovating and building residential properties, Jessica brings all her skills and knowledge of IT, finance, construction, and project management.
As Director of Operations in her role, she manages quality assurance, effective workflow, and efficient processes across the organization to assure client satisfaction.
Ellen Donahue
Executive Assistant
With a wealth of experience providing top-tier administrative support, Ellen has become an invaluable asset to high-ranking executives. Her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in managing complex schedules and projects have consistently contributed to the seamless operation of her executive teams.
