The point of any one of our calls is to get you the information you need and to help you find the right real estate investment path for your needs.   • Individuals with an income of more than $200,000 per year in each of the last two years, expecting to maintain the same income level in the current year.
  • A couple filing jointly with an income of $300,000 per year in each of the last two years, expecting to maintain the same level of income in the current year.
  • Individuals with a net worth above $1,000,0000, excluding primary residence, either individually or jointly with their spouse.
  • A representative investing on behalf of an entity with at least $5,000,000 in assets, or a business in which all the equity owners are accredited, investors.
